In Loving Memory...

Geraldine “Jerrie” McGraw, age 86, of Lewisville, passed away Friday, June 17, 2011, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born October 19, 1924, in Goree, Texas, to John Calvin Stevens and Willie Mae Harris Stevens. Jerrie was married to Dr. Joseph J. McGraw for 52 years prior to his death on August 22, 1993. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Lewisville where she was active in the Darcus Circle.

She is survived by her children, Deana McGraw, Donna Madsen, Dr. Phillip C. McGraw and Brenda Watters; grandchildren, Anthony Madsen, William Madsen, Jr., Douglas Watters, Melissa Mullin, J.P. McGraw and Jordan S. McGraw; and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2011, at First United Methodist Church in Lewisville. Interment will follow in McCurley Cemetery in Lewisville. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions to be made to the Darcus Circle, C/O First United Methodist Church, 907 W. Main St., Lewisville, Texas, 75067.
